RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We stand behind every GoMotionRing. If something goes wrong, we're here to make it right.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us at support@gomotionring.com as soon as possible.

NO RETURN REQUIRED
We do not require customers to return any item to receive a refund or replacement. All issues are resolved remotely — simply contact us and we will take care of it.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a full refund or free replacement.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Physical returns are not required — we resolve all issues through refunds or replacements. Customers who prefer a full refund instead of a replacement may request one within 30 days of delivery by contacting support@gomotionring.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. As no physical return is required, items do not need to be in original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If you received the wrong item or your order is incomplete, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund at no cost.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If still unresolved, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

DELAYED ORDERS
If your order hasn't arrived within the following timeframes from dispatch date, please contact us:
- United States: 20 days
- United Kingdom: 20 days
- Australia: 30 days

WHAT WE CANNOT REFUND
- Intentional or deliberate damage
- Loss or theft
- Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Colour variations due to screen display differences
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country
